Refund Policy
At Vibestay, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide a transparent refund process. Please note that all refund policies are determined by the individual host of the property you book. We recommend reviewing the host’s refund terms carefully before making a reservation.
Each host sets their own refund conditions.
If you cancel your booking before the host’s minimum refund day, you may be eligible for either:
100% refund (if allowed by host’s policy), or
50% refund (if allowed by host’s policy).
Cancellations made after the host’s refund window or on the check-in day, including no-shows, are non-refundable.
Booking modifications are subject to the host’s availability and policy.
Additional charges may apply.
Changes must be requested within the timeframe specified by the host.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
Service fees and processing charges, if any, are non-refundable.
In the unlikely event that a host cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund, including service and processing fees.
Vibestay will also assist you in finding alternative accommodations, subject to availability.
Certain promotions or discounted bookings may be marked as non-refundable by the host. Please check the property’s refund details before booking.
