Refund Policy

At Vibestay, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide a transparent refund process. Please note that all refund policies are determined by the individual host of the property you book. We recommend reviewing the host’s refund terms carefully before making a reservation.

Cancellation by Customer

  • Each host sets their own refund conditions.

  • If you cancel your booking before the host’s minimum refund day, you may be eligible for either:

    • 100% refund (if allowed by host’s policy), or

    • 50% refund (if allowed by host’s policy).

  • Cancellations made after the host’s refund window or on the check-in day, including no-shows, are non-refundable.

Changes to Booking

  • Booking modifications are subject to the host’s availability and policy.

  • Additional charges may apply.

  • Changes must be requested within the timeframe specified by the host.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

  • Service fees and processing charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Host

  • In the unlikely event that a host cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund, including service and processing fees.

  • Vibestay will also assist you in finding alternative accommodations, subject to availability.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain promotions or discounted bookings may be marked as non-refundable by the host. Please check the property’s refund details before booking.
